What I am all about.

I really wanted to start this blog to service the people I live around. I currently live in the wonderful town of Eureka Springs Arkansas. This blog is going to be pretty straight forward. I am going to visit restaurants and attractions (mainly restaurants) in our little resort town and give an honest educated opinion on the experience. I will occasionally do a review of a restaurant in one of the surrounding cities as well. I am NOT a classically trained chef although I have lots of experience behind a knife. I don’t have a food science degree , although the years of studying chemistry does help. I do have a love for ingredients, tools and techniques that when used together properly make for one of the most memorable experiences to have.

I plan on posting at least once a week about a restaurant I visited and I encourage everyone to leave comments and suggestions about places, favorite dishes and my reviews.
